Infusions promote vitality and health.
The infusion times in winter

Essential oils reinvigorate the body and soul. They can help to boost your energy levels, support your immune system and generally increase your lust for life.
Essential oils have an immediate effect on our mood. For example, you have probably experienced this in the great outdoors – the crisp woody fragrance of the God da Tamangur, Europe’s highest pine forest, invigorates and emboldens us. Citrus fruits revitalise and refresh. Spicy scents are balancing and inspiring.
All the sauna infusions at Bogn Engiadina contain 100% natural essential oils produced in Switzerland.
